About Jessie

Jessie Grimard Lamonde has been a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec since 2011 and holds a graduate degree in notarial law from Université Laval. She practiced for several years at a notarial firm before joining Tassé Bertrand Barabé in 2018, became a partner in 2020, and holds the professional register (greffe) of Me Gilles Losier, with whom she began her practice. She advises both individuals and entrepreneurs on commercial transactions, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements and real estate transactions, and handles family trusts, will planning and complex estate settlements. As the firm's senior notaire, she takes a strategic, collaborative approach with the firm's other professionals.
