About Maxence

Maxence Perrot joined Dion Rhéaume in May 2022 as an articling student and is now a lawyer in the firm's corporate practice. His practice centers on corporate and real estate law, and he handles transactions spanning both areas. He holds a Licence en droit (2016) and a Master I in Business Law and Corporate Taxation (2018) from the Université de Toulouse in France, a Maîtrise II in law with a thesis on intellectual property (2021) from Université Laval, and completed the professional insertion program for regulated professions at Université Laval (2021). He was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2022.
