About Aubrey
Aubrey J. Sherman is the Managing Partner of Sherman Law LLP, with more than 20 years of experience in family law, dispute resolution, and estate planning. He holds accreditations as a family mediator and intergenerational mediator through the Ontario Association for Family Mediation, is a certified collaborative practitioner, and completed a certificate in online dispute resolution. Sherman studied negotiation and mediation at Harvard Law School and now serves as a faculty facilitator for Osgoode Hall Law School's family law skills certificate program. He sits as a director and vice-president of the Ontario Association for Family Mediation and spent a decade on the board of Family and Children's Services of the Waterloo Region. His practice focuses on parenting arrangements, support, property division, and out-of-court resolution methods such as mediation and collaborative divorce, and he serves clients throughout Waterloo Region and Ontario both in person and virtually.
