About Parth

Parth Soni is an associate lawyer whose practice covers family law, real estate, and wills and estates, giving him a broad view of how those areas intersect for clients dealing with family, property, and estate matters at once. He comes from a family of lawyers spanning three generations and grew up around the profession before pursuing it himself. Parth earned his law degree in India and spent four years practising there in family law, real estate, and criminal matters before settling in the Waterloo Region, where he now lives in Kitchener. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, which helps him serve clients from a range of cultural backgrounds. Parth belongs to the Waterloo Region Law Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
