About Arun
Arun S. Maini is the founder and principal lawyer at The Defence Group. A criminal defence lawyer since 1995, he previously worked as a federal prosecutor handling drug trafficking, tax evasion, and immigration fraud, and later as a provincial Crown attorney in Brampton. He has extensive jury trial experience and has lectured at The Advocates' Society and Osgoode Hall Law School's Intensive Trial Advocacy program.
