Arshdeep Singh Kahlon is the founder of Kahlon Law Office in Brampton, focusing on Canadian immigration law after more than 14 years of legal experience, including trial court work in India. He has appeared before the Federal Court, Immigration Division, and Immigration Appeal Division, with reported decisions including Singh v. Canada (2024 FC 1369) and Kaur v. Canada (2023 FC 1470).
