About Arica

Arica Tuscano is the founder of Tuscano Law. She began her legal career in 2014 in Mumbai, India, and worked at various law firms in Vancouver and Mumbai before being called to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2021. She has practised in immigration law, family law, civil litigation, criminal law, wills and estates, and personal injury across different jurisdictions, and is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association BC, the Bar Council of India, and the South Asian Bar Association of British Columbia.
