About Ari

Ari is a partner in the litigation and tax groups. His tax practice focuses on Canada Revenue Agency audits, objections and appeals to the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal, and his commercial litigation practice covers real estate litigation, expropriation and intellectual property disputes. Ari also has a focus on aviation litigation, representing airlines and insurers in industry-related disputes. He is Past President of Jewish Child & Family Services of Manitoba.
