Anthony N. Circelli is a London, Ontario native who graduated from Western University in 2004. Circelli studied law at the University of Leicester in England, where Circelli also served as Treasurer of the university's Rugby Team. Circelli was called to the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2012.
