About Pascal

Pascal Rochefort is a lawyer and certified human resources advisor (CRIA) whose practice focuses on labour and employment law. Rochefort has many years of experience in labour law and administrative law, advising and representing employers under both provincial and federal jurisdiction across sectors including communications, transportation, public services, manufacturing, and the arts. Rochefort has particular expertise in labour relations for federally regulated businesses and in injunction matters, frequently acting as negotiator, spokesperson, and strategic advisor to employers. Rochefort is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers. Rochefort currently serves as vice president of the board of the Fondation de l'Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, sits on the Human Resources Committee of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, chairs the Centre de recherche en art clownesque, and is a guest lecturer in labour relations at McGill University. Rochefort was called to the Quebec Bar in 1995.
