About Anna

Anna Okorokov is a senior lawyer at Humber Bay Law with expertise in civil and commercial litigation and corporate law, along with a specialization in entertainment law. Drawing on a background in business sustainability, she also advises on matters such as greenwashing, regulatory compliance, and ESG and reputation risk. Anna has practiced with law firms in Dubai and Vancouver, and before her legal career she worked internationally as a fashion model; she now advises agencies, models, creators, actors, and musicians on their legal matters. After a period in Vancouver, she returned to Humber Bay Law as a senior lawyer. Anna holds an HBA from the University of Toronto, an LL.B. from Southampton University, a diploma in sustainable business leadership from BCIT, and a certificate in entertainment law from Osgoode Hall Law School. She also provides business mentorship through the Syrian Canadian Foundation and the Access Community Capital Fund, and volunteers as a director with the Friends of Fort York and Garrison Common.
