Bossé was president of the Association des juristes d'expression française du Nouveau-Brunswick from 2007 to 2010 and president of the Edmundston Chamber of Commerce from 2009 to 2011, and currently sits on the executive of the Conseil économique du Nouveau-Brunswick and chairs the board of the Fondation Saint-Louis Maillet. In 2011, Bossé received the "Femme entrepreneure" award from the Réseau échange femmes en affaires du Madawaska.
