About Mathieu
Mathieu Lemieux was admitted to the Law Society of New Brunswick on June 16, 2020. Lemieux holds a multidisciplinary Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor, both from Université de Moncton. During law school, Lemieux competed in several mooting competitions, including the Pierre-Amand-Landry appellate moot and the national Michel Bastarache moot on language rights in Ottawa, winning awards for best oralist, best team, and best factum. Lemieux served three terms as president of the Université de Moncton Edmundston campus student association. In 2016, Lemieux received the Ordre du Mérite Bleu et Or, a distinction the university awards to graduating students with an outstanding academic record and record of community and student contribution.
