About Andrew

Andrew Stastny has represented clients in a broad range of criminal litigation at both the trial and appellate levels in Ontario, appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. His practice spans the full spectrum of criminal charges with a particular focus on drug and weapons offences, and he is skilled in challenging unlawful police conduct under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. He holds a Specialized Honours B.A. in Political Science from York University and a J.D. from the University of Toronto.
