Andrew Leroy Rudder founded the Rudder Law Group and practises personal injury law with a focus on catastrophic impairment cases, including traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, paraplegia, tetraplegia, amputation, vision loss, and mental and behavioural disorders arising from motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls, and assaults, as well as related accident benefits and disability benefits claims. He regularly serves as lead counsel at the Superior Court of Ontario for trials and summary judgment motions and has argued before the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Rudder authored the LexisNexis book Catastrophic Impairment Law in Canada and co-chairs the Law Society of Ontario's annual Solo and Small Firm Conference. He earned an Honours BA in Philosophy from York University, graduating with distinction on the Cum Laude list, and holds a law degree from the University of Windsor.
