About Andrew

Andrew Koczerzuk practises employment law, focusing on wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, workplace harassment, human rights complaints, and workplace investigations. He graduated from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2006 after completing an undergraduate degree at the University of Manitoba. Before turning to legal practice, he served as a police officer with the RCMP for more than 30 years in various roles, including uniformed patrol, drug enforcement, and economic crime and corruption investigations, and worked as an adjudicator of workplace grievances; he received the Governor General's Award for exceptional service to Canada. He retired from the RCMP in 2016 and has since worked as employment law counsel and as a labour lawyer with the Ontario Provincial Police Association.
