Karry & Laba is a law firm on Main Street in Kingsville, Ontario, in Essex County on the north shore of Lake Erie. Anthony Andary joined the firm as an associate in 2023 after earning a Bachelor of Science in criminology and psychology and a Master's degree in political science, both from the University of Windsor, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2018. Before law school, Andary worked in the Municipality of Leamington's legal and legislative department and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada. Andary now practices real estate, wills and estates, corporate and commercial, landlord and tenant, and employment law.

Andrew Koczerzuk spent more than 30 years as a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer, including work in drug enforcement and economic crime investigation and service as an adjudicator of workplace grievances. Koczerzuk earned a law degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2006, retired from the RCMP in 2016, then worked as employment law counsel and as a labour lawyer for the Ontario Provincial Police Association before joining Karry & Laba. Koczerzuk now practices employment law, including wrongful and constructive dismissal, workplace harassment, and human rights complaints.
