About Andreea

Andreea Muth's general corporate and commercial practice focuses on business owner estate planning, including corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning. She helps business owners structure exits using tools such as family trusts and estate freezes, while also advising on wills and estate planning that account for the interests of children and grandchildren in the business. Her broader corporate work covers business structuring, incorporations, contract drafting and negotiation, and share and asset purchase transactions. Andreea holds a B.Econ. from Wilfrid Laurier University, a B.Ed. from the University of Toronto, and a J.D. from Queen's University, and she was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015. She previously chaired the Business Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association and currently serves as Secretary of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Toronto.
