About Brian
Brian Murphy practises corporate and commercial law, real estate law, and wills and estates at Boardwalk Law, helping businesses with incorporations, reorganizations, and shareholder agreements while guiding individuals through estate planning and administration. His real estate work covers residential and commercial purchases, sales, mortgages, and commercial leasing. He earned his law degree in Dublin and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2011, having built experience in medical malpractice and real estate law before moving into corporate compliance and anti-money laundering work at a major financial institution. After relocating to Ontario and completing the National Committee on Accreditation requirements, he was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019.
