About Ana

Ana practises primarily in corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, and real estate law. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2021 and articled there in 2022 and 2023. She earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, served on the 2021 Orientation Week committee, and was a member of the Osgoode Real Estate and Infrastructure Student Association and the Osgoode Business Law Society. Through these experiences she developed an interest in corporate law and came to value clear communication and teamwork in resolving legal issues. She has also served as a supervising lawyer with the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic. Outside of work, Ana enjoys making homemade pizza with family and friends, snowboarding, and spending time with her German Shepherd.
