Allan H. Socken is the principal of Socken Law, with extensive experience in estate, capacity, trust, and real estate matters and a mediation practice. He earned his J.D. and an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he serves as adjunct faculty, and previously articled and practised at Blaney McMurtry LLP and Hull & Hull LLP.
