About Aliza
Aliza Karoly founded Karoly Law in 2018 after a long career representing people seeking compensation for physical, mental and emotional injuries. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, she focuses on insurance litigation and describes forming lasting bonds with clients through the litigation process. She also holds a degree in Religious Studies from York University. Aliza is known for advocating on behalf of children and adults with learning disabilities and processing disorders, drawing on years of involvement with the Arrowsmith School, whose neuroplasticity-based approach she has applied to representing accident victims with head injuries. She has been active at SickKids Hospital since 2011, helping develop its Family Centred Care model and represent the patient perspective on hospital initiatives.
