Over a 40-year career, Alan conducted more than 100 trials, including an appearance before the Supreme Court of Canada, with experience spanning employment law, real estate and commercial litigation, contract disputes, debt collection, shareholder and partnership disputes, oppression remedy claims, fraud, and estate litigation. He retired from private practice in 2019 after spending his final years mentoring his son Ryan, also a lawyer at the firm.
