Stebbing Butcher PC is a law firm in Brantford, Ontario, focused on wills, estates and trusts, with related work in real estate, corporate and business law, and litigation tied to estate disputes. The practice traces back to 1957, when Bob McIntosh was called to the bar and built a practice in the city. Ted Pease purchased the firm from McIntosh upon McIntosh's retirement on August 1, 2001, then sold it in June 2022, upon Pease's own retirement, to Jennifer Stebbing and Alan Butcher. Stebbing Butcher also absorbed Thomas H. Buck's practice when Buck retired at the end of 2022, and it continues the lineage of Lefebvre & Lefebvre LLP.

Jennifer Stebbing, who co-owns the firm with Alan Butcher, is a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist in Estates and Trusts Law, one of a handful of lawyers in southwest Ontario to hold the designation. Stebbing holds a Canadian LL.B., a U.S. J.D., and a Master of Laws in Tax. Butcher brings decades of civil and commercial litigation experience to the firm, including an appointment to Ontario's Assessment Review Board in 2018. The team, which also includes lawyers focused on estate planning, administration and litigation, handles guardianship applications and passing of accounts for clients in Brantford and the surrounding area.
