About Adrienne
Adrienne Blanchard is a lawyer practising through Adrienne Blanchard Professional Corporation in Ottawa, focusing on intellectual property, life sciences regulation and related commercial matters for companies in the life sciences, food and consumer products sectors. She spent three years with the federal government developing IP policy before moving into private practice, first at an IP boutique and then at national and global law firms, before starting her own practice in 2015. Her work includes negotiating distribution agreements, licences and clinical trial agreements, advising on regulatory compliance with bodies such as Health Canada, and handling privacy compliance and access-to-information matters.
