Michelle's practice focuses on debt financing transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers in domestic and international financing transactions. She has extensive experience structuring and documenting bilateral and syndicated loans, capital call credit facilities, acquisition financings, asset-based financings and high-yield offerings.
