About A.J.

A.J. Wales practises employment and labour law in Ontario, representing employees in matters such as wrongful and constructive dismissal, workplace discrimination and harassment, and reviews of employment offers, contracts, and severance packages. He previously worked with lawyers in Toronto and Windsor on civil litigation, wills and estates, commercial law, and employment law, and his time at Costante Law led him to focus his own practice on employment law. Before becoming a lawyer, he worked in corporate legal administration in the tech field. He belongs to the Ontario Bar Association, the Essex Law Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
