Shariff & Associates is a family law firm in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario, founded in 2015 by Romaana Shariff, who remains the firm's managing partner. Shariff earned a B.A. with Honours in Political Studies and Development Studies from Queen's University, then a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Queen Mary, University of London, and was called to the bar in 2013 after articling at a Markham law firm. The team has since grown to include a counsel, four associates, a senior law clerk, and an executive director.

Family law is the firm's main focus, covering divorce, separation, custody and parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and property division, handled through negotiation, mediation, collaborative law, or litigation when needed. Shariff is trained in the collaborative process, and the firm requires both parties in a collaborative file to retain their own collaboratively trained lawyer and sign a participation agreement built around cooperation rather than court. Beyond family law, the firm also takes on wills and powers of attorney, estate litigation, criminal defence, and residential real estate, including the property issues that come up during a separation, such as matrimonial home buyouts. It serves York Region and the wider Greater Toronto Area, including Markham, Aurora, Newmarket, Whitby, and Oshawa, from its Stouffville office.
