RQ Partners LLP is a full service law firm based in Vaughan, Ontario, working from a single office on Highway 7. Founding partners Domenic Rotundo and John A. Quaglietta built the practice around real estate, corporate and commercial law, wills and estates, and employment law. It is a small firm, currently three lawyers, that describes itself as business oriented and works alongside financial institutions, accountants and title insurance companies on behalf of clients across the Greater Toronto Area.

Rotundo earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto before completing a law degree at the University of British Columbia and being called to the Ontario bar in 1993. The practice covers real estate purchases, sales, leasing and financing for builders, developers and financial institutions, along with land development and municipal law work. Quaglietta studied law at Osgoode Hall Law School, articled with a Vaughan firm, and was called to the bar in 1995, with a practice spanning corporate reorganizations, share and asset transactions, and estate planning and administration. A third lawyer, Simone Pietro Bozzo, joined the firm in 2021 after articling at a small Toronto firm that handled real estate, corporate and immigration matters, and now focuses on residential and commercial real estate.
