About Nicolini Law Group

Nicolini Law Group is a personal injury firm based in Vaughan, Ontario, founded by Adrian Nicolini, who earned a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. There, Nicolini was a finalist in both the Lerners and Torys moots and served as duty counsel with the Community Legal Aid Services Program. Nicolini then began a career at one of Canada's largest litigation firms in downtown Toronto, working on catastrophic personal injury, professional negligence, and product liability cases, before spending close to a decade defending insurance companies against personal injury claims. Nicolini Law Group grew out of that experience: the firm now represents injured people after years spent on the insurance side of similar claims.

The firm represents people injured in motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls, and helps injured workers pursue WSIB benefits, long term disability claims, and Canada Pension Plan disability appeals. It also takes on some employment matters that follow a workplace injury, such as a wrongful or constructive dismissal. Nicolini Law Group's office at 10 Roybridge Gate in Vaughan is staffed with lawyers, paralegals, and law clerks working across the firm's tort litigation and workplace injury practice groups. Nicolini has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and has appeared at hearings before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
