Joli Law Professional Corporation is a small Vaughan, Ontario law firm founded by Jonathan Joli, who practices in real estate, corporate and business law, litigation, and estate planning. Before starting the firm, Jonathan Joli worked at a smaller law firm handling real estate, business, and estates matters for clients. Jonathan Joli holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom and a Master of Laws from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, and took part in UBC's Law Students' Legal Advice Program, advocating for clients before the British Columbia Provincial Court.

Jonathan Joli also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies from the Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning and worked as a paralegal with the Department of Justice Canada's Tax Law Services Division before qualifying as a lawyer. The founder belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association. Joli Law serves individuals, families, and businesses across Ontario and offers service in English and Chaldean/Assyrian.
