Heydarian Law is a full-service firm founded in 2014 by Ziba Heydarian, who still leads it today as managing lawyer. The firm is based in Vaughan, in the GTA, and keeps a second office in Ottawa. Before starting the practice, Heydarian clerked for the Federal Court of Canada, trained at an Ontario personal injury firm, and headed the litigation department at a mid-size Ottawa firm. Heydarian holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Ethics, Society and Law from the University of Toronto, earned with high distinction.
The firm handles real estate transactions, wills and estates, civil and commercial litigation, and corporate law and trademark work for clients in the GTA, Ottawa, and elsewhere in Ontario. It's a small team: senior law clerk Sammi Nguyen brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate closings, estate administration, and corporate and litigation support, covering everything from a first home purchase to a business incorporation.
