About Sion Law Firm

Sion Law Firm is a Vaughan, Ontario practice founded by Toyin Olupona, a barrister, solicitor, and notary public licensed in Ontario. Toyin earned a degree in political science from the University of Tennessee in 2006, then a master's degree in criminal studies from the University of Cincinnati in 2011, and completed an LLB in 2013. Before opening the firm, Toyin represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court while working at midsize and small law firms elsewhere in the province. Before turning to law, Toyin also competed as a professional track and field athlete for Canada.

The firm's motto is "Building legacies that outlive us," with client centered service at the center of that idea. Sion Law Firm handles real estate transactions such as purchases, sales, private lending, leasing, and mortgage refinancing, wills and estate planning that can include powers of attorney, probate, and estate litigation, corporate and business law work like incorporation, agreements, and business purchase and sale, civil litigation over contract and property disputes, and family law matters such as uncontested divorce, cohabitation agreements, and separation agreements. It also provides notarization, commissioning of documents, travel consent letters, and letters of invitation.
