Philip Gordin earned an LL.B. in common law and a B.C.L. in civil law from McGill University in 1977 and was called to the Ontario bar in April 1979, later adding an LL.M. in 2011. The practice began with real property and corporate transactions and grew into representing real estate developers on residential and commercial projects across Ontario, with a particular focus on condominium and freehold development. Jessica Tarr completed an undergraduate degree at McGill in 2004, then an LL.B., J.D., and Master's in Industrial Relations at Queen's University in 2008, joining the firm in 2009 and being called to the Ontario bar in January 2010.
