DeSantis Law is a small firm in Vaughan, Ontario, working out of an office on Steeles Avenue West. The firm handles real estate, family law, corporate and commercial matters, wills and estates, and notarial services for a mostly local clientele. Founding lawyer Arwa DeSantis, who holds a B.A. and LL.B (Hons), entered the legal field in the early 1990s as a title searcher, moved up to senior real estate law clerk, and later qualified as a member of the Law Society of Ontario. That path shows in the firm's real estate practice, which the firm describes as drawing on more than 25 years of experience in the area.

Associate lawyer Alexandria DeSantis, also a member of the Law Society of Ontario, works alongside Arwa DeSantis on residential and commercial real estate, corporate matters, and mediation and arbitration files. The firm's family law practice covers separation, custody, and support, and it also takes on surrogacy and reproductive law matters, including work for LGBT clients, a combination not every firm this size offers. Law clerk Cara DeSantis, who holds an Honours BA in philosophy and history from Toronto Metropolitan University, is working toward a JD while helping manage the firm's real estate file work.
