Absolute Law Professional Corporation is a small law firm in Vaughan, Ontario. Dr. Maood Bin Tahir founded the firm and remains its principal, working out of an office inside the Improve Canada complex on Keele Street. The practice covers criminal defence, immigration and refugee law, real estate, civil and business litigation, family law, condominium law, and wills and estates, and it offers a complimentary initial consultation by phone or video call.

Tahir holds an LL.B. from the University of London and two LL.M. degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School's professional development program, one in Canadian common law and one in business law. Before turning to law full time, Tahir spent years in real estate, founding Dream Land Realty Inc. in 2003 and chairing professional standards and arbitration hearings for the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board for more than 18 years. Tahir is also admitted to practice before the High Courts of Pakistan and has served as a per diem Crown Attorney in Ontario since 2021.

Although the office is in Vaughan, the firm regularly appears, in person and by Zoom, at courthouses well beyond it, including Newmarket, Brampton, Barrie, Oshawa, Peterborough, Cobourg, and Muskoka, mostly for criminal matters such as bail hearings and case management conferences.
