RJS Law is a business and corporate law firm based in Markham, Ontario, working from a single office at 60 Columbia Way. Ron Smith, the firm's managing and senior business lawyer, was called to the Ontario bar in 2004 after earning a B.A. Honours from York University and an LL.B. from Western University. Before founding the firm, Smith worked as General Counsel and Foreign Counsel to multinational companies, held registration as an unrestricted broker with the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO), worked as a real estate agent, and was registered with the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) as an auto dealer.

That background shows up in the firm's client base, which leans toward the automotive, insurance brokerage, construction and manufacturing, banking, technology and professional services sectors. RJS Law's practice spans business law (incorporations, shareholder agreements, financing, and mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations), P&C insurance law, commercial real estate, employment and labour, litigation strategy, and wills and succession planning. Its insurance work includes representing brokers and producers in RIBO complaints and discipline matters and in disputes over ownership of a producer's book of business. Corporate associate George Moshenski-Dubov, who holds a JD from Western Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto, practices in English and Russian.
