About Reybroek Law

Reybroek Law is a personal injury firm with three lawyers, based in Markham and serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario. Founder Todd A. Reybroek holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an undergraduate degree in philosophy and political science from York University, and was called to the Ontario bar in June 1992. Reybroek began a legal career representing insurance companies in personal injury matters, then moved to representing injured people exclusively and founded the firm on that focus.

The practice centres on personal injury work, including auto, bicycle, motorcycle, and pedestrian accidents, brain and spinal cord injuries, and long-term disability claims, alongside employment law, commercial litigation, and criminal injuries compensation for victims of violent crime. Associate lawyers Joshua Gautreau and Dean Trinetti round out the legal team. Gautreau started a career in insurance defence litigation before joining Reybroek Law and belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Toronto Lawyers Association. Trinetti earned a JD from the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Ontario bar in June 2019. Eight law clerks and an intake clerk support the three lawyers, and staff collectively speak more than a dozen languages beyond English. The firm arranges evening and weekend appointments as well as home and hospital visits, and it offers a free initial consultation for every case.
