Veldkamp was called to the bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1986 and brings more than 35 years of corporate commercial experience to the firm. Jessica E. Miedema, also a lawyer at the firm, holds an Honours B.A. in Classics and History from McMaster University and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University, was called to the bar in July 2005, and has developed experience in complex corporate matters, corporate reorganizations, and restructuring, with a personal interest in tax work.
