J. Luong Law is a solo family law practice founded by Jessica Luong, who has practiced exclusively in family law since being called to the bar. The firm is based in Toronto, with an office on Yonge Street, and keeps satellite offices in Durham Region (Oshawa) and Windsor to serve clients across those three areas. Its caseload covers separation and divorce, property division, child and spousal support, parenting time and decision making authority, enforcement of court orders through the Family Responsibility Office, and cohabitation and separation agreements, along with notary services such as document notarization, commissioning oaths, and certifying affidavits.

Jessica Luong is a member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Family Lawyers Association, and is fluent in Cantonese and English.
