Dimeski Law Professional Corporation is a two-lawyer employment and human rights firm based in Chatham, Ontario, with a satellite office in Windsor. Ilija Dimeski, the founder, represents workers exclusively and doesn't act for employers, taking on matters like wrongful termination, unpaid wages, workplace reprisal, and human rights complaints. Before opening the practice, Dimeski represented employees at disciplinary meetings, grievance procedures, and collective bargaining negotiations, and has since appeared before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and the Federal Court of Canada.

Rashin Alizadeh-Dimeski, who worked at community legal clinics advocating before tribunals and courts in discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases, later joined the firm. In 2022, the two lawyers worked together on a pro bono case at the Federal Court of Canada concerning the health and safety of migrant farm workers exposed to pesticides on the job. Dimeski Law's Chatham office serves Chatham-Kent, and the Windsor location extends that reach into Windsor-Essex.
