Sawatzkys LLP is a law firm in downtown Leamington, Ontario, founded in 1990. It provides real estate and land use planning, business and corporate law, wills and estates, and landlord and tenant services to individuals, businesses, and institutions across Essex County, Chatham-Kent, and beyond. The firm is fully equipped for electronic real estate closings anywhere in Ontario and represents clients before municipal, county, and provincial bodies on land use matters such as severance, rezoning, and minor variance applications, as well as before administrative tribunals including the Landlord and Tenant Board.

The firm's five lawyers bring varied training to the practice. Partner Michael Wiens joined the firm upon call to the bar in 2013 and became a partner in 2017. Partner Brenna Epp joined in 2020 and became a partner in 2024, holding a law degree from Dalhousie University and articling experience at an international firm in downtown Vancouver. Associate Kimberly Leschuk studied at the University of Windsor and articled at a downtown Windsor firm before joining Sawatzkys in 2023. Associate Alexandra George holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa's French Common Law program and joined the firm in 2024. Founding partner L. Suzanne Balzer, called to the bar in 1987, remains with the firm as Of Counsel.
