McGregor, Sims, Schmoranz, Hart Professional Corporation is a small firm based in Kingsville, Ontario, on the north shore of Lake Erie in Essex County. Walter McGregor, who began practicing law with Stewart and McWilliams in Windsor in 1951, opened the Kingsville office in 1968 in a red brick building on Main Street East. Terrence L. Sims joined in 1974 after working summers for McGregor, and the firm carried the McGregor and Sims names for decades afterward. Sebastian H. Schmoranz and Amy-Lynn Hart bought the practice from Sims in 2020, and in 2022 they expanded to a second office in Harrow after acquiring Golden Law Office, giving the firm its current name and its two current locations.

The firm practices real estate law, wills and estates, business and corporate law, employment and human resources matters, family law, and mediation, and both partners are licensed notaries. Schmoranz is fluent in French and German and functional in Spanish, while Hart's background includes years as in-house corporate counsel for companies in Windsor and Essex County before moving into private practice.
