About Andrew

Andrew spent more than 30 years with the RCMP across Canada, working in uniformed patrol, drug enforcement, and economic crime and corruption, and later served as an adjudicator of workplace grievances; he received the Governor General's award for exceptional service to Canada. He earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Manitoba and graduated from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2006. After retiring from the RCMP in 2016, he worked in several legal roles, including as employment law counsel and as a labour lawyer with the Ontario Provincial Police Association. Andrew now focuses on employment matters such as wrongful and constructive dismissal, workplace harassment, human rights complaints, and workplace investigations.
