Zajkowski Law is a family and collaborative law practice based in downtown Toronto. The firm was founded by Anna Zajkowski, a Barrister and Solicitor called to the bar in Ontario in 2015 and in Florida in 2011, who practices in the Greater Toronto Area. The practice focuses on family and collaborative law, working with people going through separation, divorce, property division, and parenting arrangements who would rather not end up in a courtroom, and also represents clients in family litigation when a collaborative approach is not the right fit.

In the collaborative process, each spouse keeps their own lawyer, and both sides commit in writing to reaching a settlement outside of court. If that commitment breaks down, both lawyers withdraw from the file and the parties have to find new counsel for litigation, a structure meant to keep everyone focused on making the process work rather than treating it as a fallback. The firm's site also offers a short online assessment so a prospective client can get an early read on whether a collaborative approach fits their situation before booking a consultation.
