Youngman Law is a small commercial law firm at 90 Eglinton Avenue East in the Yonge and Eglinton area of midtown Toronto. The firm traces back more than 40 years to a Toronto litigation and collections practice founded by Bernie Gasee, a commercial litigator certified by the Law Society as a specialist in litigation. For over two decades it operated as Gasee, Cohen & Youngman before taking its current name, Youngman Law, in early 2019. Mark Youngman, who started out in collections, commercial and insolvency litigation, now leads the firm as senior counsel and also handles its real estate and wills and estates files.

The firm's lawyers and support staff work in five main areas: business and corporate law, real estate, wills and estate matters, debt collection, and civil litigation. Its debt collection practice has represented Canadian banks, collection agencies, and individual creditors over the years, and the firm belongs to the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys. On the real estate side, lawyers help first time buyers through offers, status certificate reviews, and closings. The firm also takes on employment matters, including constructive dismissal and termination disputes.
