Wright Temelini LLP is a small litigation firm based in Toronto, founded in 2013 by Janice Wright and Greg Temelini. The two had practised together for years as partners at another litigation firm before starting their own. Wright Temelini handles complex civil, regulatory, and cross-border litigation, with a focus on securities litigation, corporate commercial disputes, and regulatory investigations before bodies such as the Ontario Securities Commission and the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization. The practice also covers directors' and officers' liability, administrative law and judicial review, appellate advocacy, professional discipline matters, and employment litigation, including wrongful dismissal claims.

Both founders moved into private litigation from public sector roles. Greg Temelini started as counsel for the Trade Law Bureau at the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, litigating for Canada at the World Trade Organization in Switzerland, and has since acted for the successful appellant at the Supreme Court of Canada in the Antrim Truck Centre nuisance case. Janice Wright's early career included a role as Senior Policy Advisor to a federal Minister, and time at several major Canadian law firms before co-founding Wright Temelini in 2013. Janice Wright was called to the Ontario bar in 1993 after earning a law degree from Queen's Law School, and later completed the Directors Education Program at the Rotman School of Management, earning the ICD.D designation.
