About Wilk Law

Wilk Law is a solo real estate, estates and business law practice run by Monika Wilk. Wilk earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours and a Juris Doctor from Queen's University and was called to the Ontario bar in 2011. Before starting an independent practice in January 2015, Wilk worked at medium sized full service law firms and tried in-house corporate work, and held a licensed Ontario Realtor designation. Wilk no longer maintains that Realtor licence, but the real estate background still shapes how the firm handles private sale transactions for buyers and sellers.

The practice covers residential and commercial real estate, from resale purchases and sales to condominium status certificate reviews and new construction closings, plus a flat fee option for clients selling a home privately. Its estates work covers wills, continuing powers of attorney and estate administration for executors, and the business side handles incorporations, shareholder agreements and commercial leasing. Wilk Law's home office and boardroom are on Prince George Drive in Toronto, and the practice also has ties to Erin, Ontario, where Wilk relocated in 2016 and where the firm is listed in the town's own business directory.
