Warren W. Tobias is a Toronto lawyer who has practiced law for 40 years from an office on Yonge Street in North York. The firm is a solo practice built around family law, estate law, criminal defence, and bankruptcy and insolvency, and its aim is providing reliable, cost efficient advice to clients working through some of the most difficult moments in their lives.

On the family law side, the firm prepares cohabitation and prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, and divorce orders, with an emphasis on reaching an amicable separation agreement rather than defaulting to litigation. The estate law side covers wills, codicils, powers of attorney, estate trustee appointments, and the tax filings that go with administering an estate. On the criminal side, the firm represents clients on charges ranging from impaired driving to more serious offences, and the bankruptcy and insolvency work includes negotiating informal arrangements with creditors to help preserve a client's credit rating. Tobias was also a former instructor for the Canadian Bar Admission Course in Insolvency Law, and in the 1980s served as counsel to a family in the Royal Commission of Inquiry into the baby deaths at the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children.
