Vigilant Law Professional Corporation is a full-service law firm in Toronto founded by Paul Mitassov, a barrister, solicitor and notary public. Mitassov holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Toronto and completed a JD at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2013. After working at a firm in downtown Toronto, Mitassov opened an independent practice in North York that grew into Vigilant Law. Mitassov speaks Russian and English.

The firm's practice covers business law, condominium law, family law, real estate, wills and estates, landlord and tenant matters, and civil litigation, and its website also addresses municipal, immigration and franchise law questions. Its condominium work spans both sides of the table: the firm has advised condominium boards as well as individual unit owners on governance, common elements and fee disputes. Sara Mian, who holds a sociology degree from Trent University and a law degree from the University of Leicester and is a candidate with Canada's National Committee on Accreditation, works alongside Mitassov and extends the firm's languages to English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.
